We offer Free Delivery Australia Wide for orders with a total of $100. Orders under $100 incur a $9.50 Flat-Rate delivery fee.

Free delivery does not apply to goods that are classified by Hose Factory as ‘bulky or heavy’ items (e.g. a 23kg Suction Hose)

Once an item is placed in the shopping cart, the user will be notified if the order incurs a freight charge.

Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse by the next business day after payment being received. Longer dispatch can be expected for orders on Backorder or during peak buying times.

Standard Delivery Service

Orders are sent via Australia Post’s e-Parcel service. Once dispatched you will be notified by email and a tracking number will be supplied.

Express Post

Orders are sent via Australia Post’s e-Parcel Express service. Once dispatched you will be notified by email and a tracking number will be supplied.

Bulky or Heavy Items

Orders are sent via StarTrack Express service. Once dispatched you will be notified by email and a tracking number will be supplied.

Zorro Australia will accept returns within 30 days of purchase based on the following conditions:

• Return requests must be lodged with Zorro Australia Customer Service within 30 days of purchase via email info@zorroaustralia.com.au
• Any shipping fees incurred (if applicable) are non-refundable
• Item is in its original packaging, unused and in a resellable condition
• Please package the item to be returned appropriately, affix the Postage Paid Return Label and drop the parcel at any Australia Post outlet.

Exceptions

Unfortunately we cannot offer a change of mind refund or exchange on the following items:

• Custom-made products
• Any product/s specifically cut to size at your request

These products can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description.

Our Returns Policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranties and product support that we offer and provide pursuant to our Terms and Conditions are in addition to the consumer warranties and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
